I have no idea how to start off on this post, but I saw two videos tonight….
One was a TEDtalk, by Meg Jay, talking about the importance of claiming your adulthood while you are in your twenties, which I thought was really good, even though I am a little bit past my twenties, but you know, whatever 🙂
I shall attempt to share the video with you, although, I have no idea how that works here, sharing a video, do I just post the link and then you can see it, or what happens? I have no idea xD
The other video I saw, was Neil Gaiman’s address to the University of the Arts 2012 graduation… And to summarise, he said “Make good art”…. That is what is most important… 🙂 And I really like that, as well… 🙂 I do not know what my form of art is, or what it will turn out to be, but I hope I will realise it in time…. 🙂
Could I call myself an artist? I suppose I could… With a little will, I AM able to draw…. I can probably also write…. Can I craft? I do not know… Maybe… 🙂 I hope so, but at the same time, I am not sure I really trust my hands to know the workings…. But time will tell, Neil Gaiman says that if one is unsure if one can do the thing one wants to do, one should pretend to be a person who can, and do what they would do 🙂
I am, again, drifting, my loves… So I bid you goodnight, with these two videos/links, and I hope you will strive to be the best version of yourselves that you can be 🙂
Be safe, my loves, and have FUN! ❤
